A cut and buff service is a professional paint correction process that removes surface imperfections from a vehicle’s paint, such as orange peel, fine scratches, swirl marks, and dull spots. The process involves wet sanding (cutting) to level the clear coat, followed by buffing and polishing to restore a deep, mirror-like shine. This service is ideal for freshly painted vehicles that need a flawless finish or older cars with faded or imperfect paint that needs revival. A proper cut and buff enhances clarity, depth, and gloss, making the paint look smooth, reflective, and showroom-new.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking: To secure your appointment, we require a confirmed time and location. Photos of the damage are encouraged when booking to help us prepare and give the most accurate quote. A small deposit may be required for larger jobs or multiple vehicles. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $65 fee or forfeiture of your deposit. • Rescheduling is always free with proper notice. Weather Delays: Because we work outdoors, services may be postponed due to bad weather (rain, extreme wind, or cold). We’ll notify you as early as possible and reschedule at the next available time. ⸻ Waitlist Policy If all appointments are booked, you can request to be added to our waitlist. • We’ll contact you if a spot opens up sooner than your scheduled date. • Waitlist priority is given on a first-come, first-served basis.
